Critters, plants and feathers adorn this ethically produced range of goodies for your homestead.

There’s no hiding the fact that we’re rather partial to critters and plants – so we were a little bit chuffed to come across the brand known as James Barker Draws (previously Chá com Letras, Portuguese for “tea with letters”). The London-based venture started out as a children’s book publishing business, but it wasn’t long before the clever types behind it branched out into homewares, accessories, prints and stationery – all sporting their particularly eye-pleasing illustrations. Oh, and they produce their stuff ethically, too; their sturdy tote bags are eco-friendly and fairtrade, and their notebooks are made from 100 per cent recycled paper. Pop over this-a-way to check out the range.
