jacqueline colley designs

Rainforests, deserts and the odd tiger inspire Jacqueline Colley’s sweet designs.

When Jacqueline Colley goes travelling, she’s gathering visual resources (mostly of natural habitats, be they deserts or rainforests) to later translate into hand-drawn artworks. But her artistic endeavours don’t end there. These drawings become the basis of surface patterns, which she then prints onto textiles, gift wrapping paper and bits and bobs for around the home (including serving trays) as part of her namesake brand. (Oh, she designs pretty prints for other brands, too – but it’s in her own work that her deep-seated affection for nature really lets loose.) It’s all rather lovely to look at, and if you’d care to see more, you need only head to Jacqueline’s website.
