greek yoghurt chocolate mousse cake

This cake has three layers, each more awesome than the last: a fudgey chocolate brownie base; a chocolate mousse middle, made from Greek yoghurt (as opposed to a behemoth dollop of cream); and a dark chocolate ganache drizzled on top. Silken and decadent, we suspect this is the kind of dessert that folks reminisce over for yonks.
