It's really nice to be part of a group, especially when it's made up of 25 artists, illustrators and cartoonists from around the world and has a name as awesome as the Magic Weirdos. Given we don't fit into any of those categories, we probably can't join the gang, which is a bummer, but we can pretend by heading along to their exhibition that's currently on at Backwoods Gallery.

Titled Gold Blood, there's a hodgepodge of artwork by names like Ghostpatrol, kozyndan, Mel Stringer and Manuel Donada, who all suffer from "some amazing disease that makes them see the world the way that they do and drives them to express what they see through their art." You can catch the magical weirdness until Sunday March 16th in Melbourne.
