frankie’s frocking up
It's Frocktober! For the whole of this month, we'll be donning our best dresses to raise much-needed funds for ovarian cancer research.
While we’ve never needed an excuse to wear our favourite frock, donning one during October always takes on special meaning. It’s when the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation supports Frocktober, a campaign encouraging everyone to rock their best dress and raise much-needed funds for ovarian cancer research. Sadly, there’s no early detection test for ovarian cancer yet, but it's something that could potentially save thousands of lives.
To support the cause, the entire frankie office is jumping on board Frocktober 2019, and we’d love for you to join us. To do so, head to frocktober.org.au to donate directly, or register a fundraising group (be that your office, book club, or group of pals). After that, you can share your frockin’ good outfits with us by using the hashtag #frocktober2019 and tagging @frankiemagazine on Instagram. Who knows, we might even repost a few of our faves, too!
