frankie christmas wishlist – elle burnard

Drumroll please – the most wonderful time of the year is here once again! We’re of course talking about the annual frankie Christmas wishlists, and to start it off we’ve got our digital and assistant editor, Elle Burnard, to jot down some extra-lovely goodies she’s hoping to nab this Chrissie season. Get comfy, grab your favourite bev and stay tuned; we’ve got even more wishlists coming your way very soon.

1. I simply refuse to live out another summer in just my rubber clogs again, so this lovely pair of green sandals by TWOOBS are quite literally at the top of my list.

2. The silly season calls for heaps of dinner parties, which is exactly why I need these heart placemats to help disguise my overcooked veggies and soggy potatoes – you can ignore anything if intheroundhouse helps make your table setup look this cute!

3. I need this absolutely adorable daisy bag by Tyler McGillivray for two reasons – my current daily bag is falling to pieces and any time I try to grow real flowers they die right in front of me, so this plush flower will make a spiffy replacement for both.

4. One of my worst traits is that I have absolutely poor time management, but I would be early to everything if I had some yummy spag-bol to gaze at and help me keep track of time. Thanks to Studio Daffa, this dream can become a reality – and I won’t have to haphazardly attempt to get the tram on time every morning.

5. Staying cool – in more ways than one – in this silk scarf from Romance Was Born would make for a pretty ripper summer. Plus, it’s made in collaboration with one of my favourite bands, The Avalanches.

6. In case you haven’t noticed, I’m weird. I’m a weirdo. What the hell am I doing here? And I need these socks to remind people of that fact. These Third Drawer Down socks will also look cute with my new sandals (see above).

7. Dinner parties are clearly on my mind this summer, and I’m pretty much in love with Gigi & Tom’s entire range, especially these fancy-looking champagne glasses (even though they’ll most likely be filled with makeshift sangria).

8. I plan on following a strict diet of fruit, cheese, deli meats, pretzels, chocolate and a variety of other tasty treats that take my fancy this summer, and they’ll look extra nice on top of this tray from Reliquia Collective.

9. I’ve had my eye on Selkie’s dreamy collections for a hot minute now, but if there’s any frock I want to flounce around in all day it has to be this little floral number, so if anyone is hosting any fancy outdoor galas in the next few weeks, hit me up.

10. I am completely obsessed with this gummy bear light from Sydney-brand HANDS, because how can you not be? I love him so much.
