We could eat a heap of these piled high like a stack of savoury pancakes.

We recently came across this recipe for fig, gorgonzola and honey tartines, and it set out tails wagging. Dripping with equal amounts of cheese and syrupy goodness, they would make the perfect accompaniment for a leek soup, or if we're honest, maybe just a heap of these piled high like a stack of savoury pancakes.
