If you’ve been to New York, you might be familiar with the French patisserie Lady M. If not, all you need to know is that they make some seriously tasty (and very pretty) mille crepe cakes. Of course, not everyone has the chance to get their hands on a slice, which is why we’re pretty stoked to have come across this Lady M recipe for Earl Grey crepe cake. It's composed of 20 delicate layers and will take you two hours to make all up (hey, we didn't say it was easy), but the final product is so scrumptious, we reckon it's worth all the effort.
