diy terracotta clay ornaments

Some folks are more into baking than crafting – an understandable preference given that you get to gobble down your project when it’s finished. If you’re looking for a holiday gift that lasts longer than a Christmas pudding, check out these super-cute ornaments by Paper & Stitch – they're made similarly to the way you'd bake bikkies.

The ingredients list includes nail polish, cookie cutters, string and air-drying terracotta clay (it doesn’t require a firing kiln, and you should be able to snap it up at an art or hardware store). Once you've cut the clay into any shape you fancy, it's just a matter of decorating with nail polish and voila! You've got an oh-so-lovely set of ornaments to hang up around the house.
