diy coconut ice

These coconut ice squares are pink, dainty and contain just the right amount of condensed milk (i.e. a lot).

Janelle Duff is a lady of many talents. Those of you who read frankie may have chanced upon her hand-stitched dresses, which adorned the pages of our issue 75. But today, we do not focus on Janelle for her vintage sartorial creations, but instead for her food genius. Yep, the lady knows how to make a sweet treat or two, including these saliva-inducing coconut ice squares. Pink, dainty and containing just the right amount of condensed milk (i.e. a lot), we would rather like to have one melting on our tongue right now. But we’ll have to make them first. And we can. Because the recipe is right here. High-fives!
