You know that discarded mattress that’s been hanging out in the rain on your street? Well, it could be art waiting to happen – rather than a moulding rat haven. Right now, on the streets of Paris, these food sculptures made from old mattresses are popping up unexpectedly, and it’s all thanks to the keen and clever eye of French artist Lor-K, who uses urban waste to create ephemeral artworks.
