The latest brainchild from the clever clogs behind nocturnal dance-off No Lights No Lycra, Dance Break encourages you to get up to get down at the exact same time as people from all over the world.

Once each day, at a random time, the app takes over your phone with an unexpected tune, creating the perfect opportunity to stop what you’re doing, shake out your stress and give your desk-bound body a bit of a stretch.
