coalesced sustainable textile jewellery

Phoebe Wyatt turns old tees into sustainable textile jewellery, and we have to say, it's pretty striking jewellery, at that.

When our favourite old t-shirts are a little past their use-by date, we tend to go down one of two paths: if they're still wearable they get donated, if they're holier than a box of donuts they're repurposed as rags to clean the bathroom floor.

Phoebe Wyatt takes a completely different tack – she saves up the pieces of fabric and turns them into sustainable textile jewellery, and we have to say, it's pretty striking jewellery, at that. Her label, Coalesced, is full of cotton candy for your neck and wrists, and the best part is that each piece is entirely snag-free. (T-shirts damaging your t-shirts would be classified as clothing cannibalism, don't you think?)
