cherry cakes

Do-it-yourself wagon wheels, vanilla bickies and brownie cookies. Enough said, really.

They say that a picture tells a thousand words, so we can only assume between the photos and illustrations on the Cherry Cakes blog, there’s a helluva lot of jibber-jabbering going on. (Mostly things like yum, oh geez, delicious, droooool, etc.)

Created by a real-deal pastry chef in Melbourne, the site is chockas with the scrummiest of recipes – do-it-yourself wagon wheels and brownie cookies among them – each accompanied by a rather delectable-looking drawing. As well as teaching us how to try our hand in the dessert game, Cherry’s website is also the place to pick up bulk baked goods – which sounds a bit too good to be true, if you ask us. Amazingly, it’s not though; head this way for proof.
