burrow patisserie's magical treats

By Emma Do

Baked goods and beyond.

New York is truly the city where dreams are made.  And as of today, it is our dream to bite into an artfully decorated treat from Burrow patisserie. The teensy Brooklyn bakeshop run by Ayako Kurokawa is responsible for spectacularly kooky desserts such as these giant braided cream puffs and alarmingly lifelike hand cookies. Ayako was formerly a patissier at The Modern (the MoMA’s fancypants restaurant), so it’s no surprise to see her reinvent classic French pastries and baked goods.  Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’re off to book a one-way ticket to the Big Apple.
