Graphic designer Xuan makes doggie sweaters that are snuggly, sustainable – and ridiculously cute!

It’s hard to believe that Zhou Jixaun, aka Xuan, was once afraid of dogs. These days, the Singapore-born graphic designer is on a mission to make snuggly wear for pooches around the world. Her brand, Bauhound, specialises in stylish and functional dog sweaters made from 100 per cent alpaca wool (which we just learned is soft as cashmere, but much more sustainable). Each one comes with a hood, a pom pom and leash opening.

The first Bauhound collection goes on sale in December (just in time for doggie Christmas – exactly the same as regular Christmas but with more bones), and if you chuck Xuan a few bucks as part of her Kickstarter campaign, you’ll get a discount on your pre-order purchase and score free shipping, too. Nice! Pounce in the direction of her website to hook yourself up.
