Floral crowns tend to top noggins during only the most special occasions: birthdays, weddings and music festivals, for instance. Given that teatime is one of the most special of all occasions though (in our very humble, treat-eating opinion), this rosewater and banana cream cake deserves a flowery tiara all of its own.
