Lismore drag queen Maude Boate has a sweet message for folks, in the wake of the floods in our north-eastern bits.
Back in issue 70, we met Maude Boate, an old-fashioned country town drag queen (with quite a life story to share). We were chuffed to see Maude appear in this little commercial, encouraging folks to pop past her hometown of Lismore, which is back in business, after the devastating floods in our north-eastern bits. Good on Maude – and good on Lismore, too.
