100 years of colour

By Sophie Kalagas
3 January 2016

This new book gets top marks on the “aesthetically pleasing” scale.

There’s something mighty satisfying about colours being presented as a nice little packaged-up palette, and Katie Greenwood’s new book, 100 Years of Colour, gets top marks on the “aesthetically pleasing” scale.

Compiling 10 decades worth of iconic snaps from mags, posters, book covers and ads, Greenwood has created something of a history book on colour, trend and the century gone by – and as well as being a feast for your eyes, you may also find some inspiration for a bit of an interior design rejig.

You can nab a copy here, and check out some colourful excerpts below.
