Jess Cameron-Wooten and Amy Wright were working corporate design jobs but were keen to explore their creative sides so they banded together and formed Woot ’n’ Wright ; a leather and textile label. With design backgrounds in textile design, botanical painting and industrial design the duo began creating accessories and prints. All their products are produced in Melbourne and they pride themselves on being completely hands on when making their stuff. Jess is also a shoemaking master and just made shoes for fashion label TV. Head over to Doc Cobbler to marvel at his other creations. |

Wellington ladies and gents, pop along to Swonderful for Sally Shand’s exhibition called Sibels; a show all about her and her three brothers when they were wee ones. It’s up until July 15th and looks very sweet. And as a nice little touch, all Sally’s illustrations have been framed in old restored vintage frames which she’s collected from all over the place. |

This is what you get when you take four of India’s up and coming indie bands and plonk them in a studio with one of the UK’s top producers. Saffron summer sounds to warm a winter’s day. |
