Pocket Carnival is a lovely little bag & purse label by Melbourne designer Penny Eager. Penny works with vintage, recycled and Melbourne-designed fabrics in her home studio to make coin-purses, clutches & tote bags. A new line of accessories featuring hand-illustrated whimsical characters has just been released.
