New Zealand’s line up this year is looking very special indeed, with speakers including James Jean; a New York award winning illustrator, Kate Moross; designer, illustrator, director, record label pioneer and Philip Hacker from Studio AKA; an animation production company based in London. There will also be side events including the heart of misery exhibition at Plaything Gallery on Thursday 13th. And guess what? Aucklanders, if you pop in to Cross Street Studios this Friday night you’ll be in for a real treat. The exhibition will feature some of Auckland’s best talent including a bro'Town animator, a fine artist, a makeup artist for film and theatre, several up-and-coming graphic designers and an obsessed comic book artist.
