Ex Lawyer Ee-Lynn Cheng was tired of reading overseas blogs about fashion not available in Melbourne, so she started Melbourne Fashionista; a blog dedicated to, you guessed it, Melbourne fashion. Each day Ee-Lynn snaps piccies of well dressed ladies, blogs about different boutiques plus gathers tips from designers and stylists. There's also a healthy debate on fashion faux pas. A nice little lunchtime distraction.
Finally! A crafty place dedicated to men who make cool stuff. Paul Overton’s been crafting since he was a little kid. Both his parents are artists (his mum was an art-needlework designer) and Paul loves DIY including sewing and knitting. His site DudeCraft is all about making it acceptable for men to participate in all crafts, not just the "manly" ones. Although Dudecraft is meant for guys, Paul’s happy to welcome the ladies as well, “ as long as they bring good ideas and their own glue gun.”
Check this cute blog out. On Jill Wignall’s daily travels, she doodles everyday things that she sees and then sends them to people she likes. Her drawings show a bunch of flowers she picked up from the florist to cute kids that pass her in the street. So simple, so sweet.
Such … pretty … pictures. Melbourne lady Liss Winnel posts lovely, pic-strewn blogs on fashion, photography and handmade cuteness. Have a look at her pretty finds.
