We've been quietly salivating over Lakshmi Wennakoski-Bielicki's Pure Vegetarian blog for a while now. The lady herself is quite international (half-Indian, based in Finland, with French and Italian family and a cooking obsession that started in Greece), as is her taste in food. Pretty much every recipe she posts inspires a "must cook NOW" response, but given the weather and a need for stick-to-your-ribs sweetness, we're getting stuck into Lakshmi's pudding selection right now.
